Shower Pricing and Guidelines

  • Shower rentals are for a two (2) hour time frame with a thirty (30) minute set up time, immediately prior to the reserved time for $250.00.

  • A $75.00 deposit is required to secure the date and is returned on the day of the event. If you exceed your allotted time frame, your deposit with not be refunded. The deposit is refundable up to 3 months prior to event if cancelled.

  • Time ends once all guests, decorations, gifts, and shower items are cleared from the building.

  • Additional time may be purchased, based on availability, for $90.00 per 30 minutes. Payment is due in full one (1) month prior to the event and will not be refundable after that point.

  • The Courtyard provides a skirted cake/punch table, skirted sign-in table, punch, punch bowl, and ladle. 

  • The table arrangement in the banquet room offers round tables that seat 8 guests. The cake table is an 8 foot banquet skirted table and the sign-in table is a 6 foot skirted table. The tables are set in a standard shower set-up and are set up prior to shower times. Additional skirting is available for $15.00 per table. All tables have cloths with plastic over lays that can only be removed with a fee.

  • You are welcome to bring in decorations, but we are firm with no glitter/confetti in the building. Having this could result in the loss of your deposit. 

  • The upstairs, main dining area, and kitchen are NOT included in the rental fee. Access to these areas can be made available for additional fees. 

  • There will be a fee for items that are used from The Courtyard.

  • Plates, napkins, forks, and cups can be purchased from The Courtyard if available. 

  • A 3% fee on credit card charges over $200.00 is applied.
