Shower Pricing and Guidelines

  • Shower rentals include 2-½ hours (Two hours and thirty minutes) of building access.

  • This time includes your set up, event, and clean up.

  • Please have all guests, decorations, gifts, and shower items cleared from the building by the end time of the shower. If you exceed your allotted time, your deposit will not be refunded.

  • The table arrangement in the banquet room offers round tables that seat 8 guests.

  • The cake table is an 8 foot banquet skirted table and the sign-in table is a 6 foot skirted table. The tables are set in a standard shower set-up and are set up prior to shower times.

  • Plastic overlays may be removed for a $50 charge.

  • You are welcome to bring in decorations, but we are firm with no glitter/confetti in the building. Having this will result in the loss of your deposit. You are responsible for disposal of all balloon decor, failure to do so will result in a $50 deduction from the deposit.

  • The upstairs, main dining area, and kitchen are NOT included in the rental fee. Access to these areas can be made available for additional fees.

Fees & Deposits

Shower rentals are for a period of two (2) hours and thirty (30) minutes of building access for $300.00. Extra time can be purchased, based on availability, for $100.00 per 30 minutes.

  • Full rental fee is due 3 months prior to the event and is nonrefundable at that point.

  • A $100.00 deposit is required to secure the date.

  • The deposit will be available for pick up at the Cafe or returned through Venmo the Friday after the event. Deposit will be forfeited if not picked up within one month from the event date.
